Q1. What is the normal lead time for orders?
Average lead time for samples is 3-5 days. Production time after sample approval is typically 2-3 weeks. For orders involving new tooling, please allow an additional 10-15 days for production tooling.

All goods are standardly packed with a PE bag inside and a durable carton outside. Special customized packing methods can be accommodated upon request.
Q3. What payment terms do you accept?
We accept Irrevocable L/C, Cash, PayPal, Credit Card, and T/T transfers. Typically, a 30% deposit is required in advance, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment.
Q4. How do you ensure the quality of the rubber materials?
We define quality based on ASTM D2000 standards and exclusively use raw materials certified by RoHS, FDA, REACH, and PAHs. We also conduct regular physical property testing on our raw materials.
