What is the typical lead time for orders?
Average lead times for prototypes are 7-10 days. If tooling is required, production tooling takes approximately 10 days, with mass production following sample approval in 2-3 weeks.
What are the available payment terms?
We accept T/T (50% deposit and 50% balance against copy of B/L), L/C at sight, West Union, VISA, and Paypal.
How do you ensure the quality of bulk orders?
We provide preproduction samples before mass production. Additionally, we supply quality certificates (measurement reports, material data sheets, COO, COA) before delivery and accept third-party inspections from SGS, TUV, and Intertek.
What materials can you produce?
We work with a wide range of materials including NBR, EPDM, SILICONE, FKM, NEOPRENE (CR), NR, IIR, SBR, ACM, AEM, and Fluorosilicone (FVMQ).
Do you follow any international standards?
Yes, we primarily use ASTM D2000 to define rubber material quality and ISO3302 or ISO2768 for dimensional tolerances.
