High-Performance NON-ASBESTOS SHEETS & GASKETS
Designed with a focus on safety, high performance, and compliance. Completely free of asbestos, these products provide excellent sealing capabilities, long-lasting durability, and versatile applications.
This series utilizes high-quality, oil-resistant rubber sheets incorporating non-metal fillers. Natural rubber and nitrile butadiene serve as binding agents, reinforced with organic and inorganic fibers. Produced via a precision rolling process, these sheets offer outstanding resistance to heat, weathering, ozone, and a wide range of chemicals.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What are asbestos-free sheets made of?
Asbestos-free sheets are typically made from a combination of synthetic fibers, rubber, fillers, and other materials like aramid, fiberglass, or graphite.
2. Why choose asbestos-free sheets over traditional ones?
They eliminate the health risks associated with asbestos exposure, such as respiratory diseases, while complying with modern environmental and safety regulations.
3. Are asbestos-free sheets as effective as asbestos-containing sheets?
Yes, they are designed to offer comparable performance in terms of sealing, temperature resistance, and durability due to advances in material science.
4. What temperature ranges can these sheets withstand?
Depending on the specific material, they generally withstand temperatures ranging from -100°C to over 500°C.
5. Are they resistant to chemicals and oils?
Yes, many asbestos-free sheets are engineered to resist chemicals, oils, fuels, and solvents, making them ideal for the chemical processing industry.
6. Are asbestos-free sheets environmentally friendly?
Yes, they are much safer for the environment as they do not release harmful fibers during use, handling, or disposal.
